We’re excited to announce that our new in-app support service has launched in Access Collins. The beady-eyed among you may already have noticed a blue messenger icon appear at the bottom of your screen.
It’s there to save you time by finding the right help content for you based on a series of triaging questions. It covers everything from the basics of getting set up to getting the most out of our many features.
Luckily bots don’t need sleep, so this will be available to everyone 24/7, whenever you need it.
If the messenger is unable to answer your question, you can use all the usual routes in the portal.
We’ll be working hard to improve this service so try it out & let us know your thoughts.
